These are a few elf's that I made
a few years ago just messing around. The elf in the red velvet suit is
actually the very first polymer clay sculpture that I ever created. He is made from
Cernet with green food coloring mixed in the clay, Christmas has an aluminum armature and
his red velvet costume is hand sewn on/around him so it is not removable.
Christmas would be about 15" tall if he were standing.
As for the other two elf's, I just
sculpted the heads and made the costume. I used a couple of soft dolls as
donors, I did slip in a wire armature so they can be posed.
